Video Lessons
Sanlot Ministries and its instructors are equipped with video cameras and often incorporte them in workouts. They are used as a tool to help players see where they need help when they can't feel it. If you would like a lesson video-taped and analyzed by one of Sandlot's instructors, just ask and we'll get it set up.
